The Highlands Living Center in Pittsford, New York. Located on the wooded campus of The Highlands at Pittsford, this licensed skilled nursing facility operates in affiliation with University of Rochester Medicine and offers 24-hour skilled nursing, traditional long-term care, short-term rehabilitation and post-acute/post-operative services, as well as memory care and programs for chronic or complex conditions. Clinical oversight includes board-certified UR faculty and on-site nursing services such as IV therapy, wound care, medication administration and vital-sign monitoring.

Residents live in private and semi-private rooms and have access to on-campus amenities and consultative services including dental, laboratory, podiatry and speech, plus barber/beauty, laundry and chaplain services. The Living Center also provides social and recreational programs, a medical-model adult day program, connections into broader campus life and UR Medicine tools for care coordination and medical record access.
